1. About Us

NephboxGames ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based online retailer of trading card game singles and accessories. By placing an order, creating an account, or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts

You may create a free account to access features such as order history, wish lists, the pack simulator, proxy generator, and deck pricing tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes your personal account data; however, sell order records are retained separately for legal and accounting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Products

All cards are sold as singles unless otherwise stated. Card conditions are described using industry-standard grading (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged). Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in condition assessment may occur.

Card images are sourced from the YGOPRODeck database and are for identification purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via Stripe — we do not store your card details.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Sell Orders (Buy-In Programme)

You may submit cards for sale to NephboxGames via the Sell Cards page. Submitting a sell order does not constitute a binding agreement; all offers are subject to review and we reserve the right to adjust or decline any offer based on card condition, market pricing, or other factors.

Once reviewed, you will receive an email with a confirmed offer and posting instructions. Payment is issued after we have received and verified the cards. All cash payments are made via PayPal unless otherwise agreed. Store credit is issued immediately upon payment confirmation.

Sell order prices are indicative and subject to change prior to acceptance. We are not liable for cards lost or damaged in transit — we recommend using a tracked postal service.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked. A postage fee of £2.85 applies to orders under £8.00; postage is free on orders of £8.00 or more.

Dispatch typically occurs within 1–3 business days of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Cards must be returned in the same condition as received. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrectly described or arrived damaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All Yu-Gi-Oh! card names, images, and related content are the property of Konami Holdings Corporation. NephboxGames is not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, NephboxGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
